You will report to Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Responsible for preparing and reporting actual financial performance, comparing it with budgeted figures and the latest forecast. Also responsible for handling estimate reporting comparing it with the prior estimate and plan scenarios.
  • Collect and consolidate financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness, to perform in-depth analysis on daily ad hoc finance requests.
  • Develop and deliver new financial reports or insights based on business team requests and evolving information needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with finance partners across multiple global locations to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.

Qualifications:ย 

  • Academic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelorโ€™s degree required โ€“ Finance / Accounting related field preferred.
  • 0 - 2 years of related Financial and FP&A experience
  • Demonstrated passion for learning and growing.
  • Highly motived with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.
  • Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy.
  • Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization. ย 
  • Adept in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi is a plus
