Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT NetOps Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will implement, develop, and maintain a corporate networks and backup solution. You will also support the continuous functioning of IT-related systems and technical infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues independently or with external partners, and optimize IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining backup solutions and network infrastructure (LAN,WLAN).
Automating network operations using tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform.
Configuring and managing network devices (Dell, Ruckus).
Monitor and ensure the stability and continuity of corporate networks and associated services like network shares etc.
Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively prevent technical issues.
Secure corporate networks following cybersecurity best practices.
Evaluate and implement technical solutions to meet company needs.
Optimize IT processes for resource utilization and system scalability.
Provide third-line support for end-users regarding managed systems.
Share knowledge within the team regarding supported technologies.
Create technical documentation for ongoing work and implementations.
Support other departments within the global IT structure.
Maintenance and operation of server rooms and distribution points.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of network technologies: routing, switching, VPN, firewall, SDN, 802.1x.
Knowledge of network services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM
Knowledge of network monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus)
Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server operating systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Basic knowledge of server hardware, Active Directory administration.
Independence, proactiveness, and effective work organization skills.
Proficiency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
Preferred Certifications:
CCNA, CCNP.

Working mode
Relocation to Warsaw is required.
Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw studio in a full time or hybrid mode.
