We are seeking a Regular Technical Artist to help bridge visual and technical architecture within Unity. The core responsibility involves supporting management and technical implementation of 3D models, including prefab setup, rigging, and animation integration. You'll contribute to the creation of VFX and shaders, helping to define the project's visual identity while keeping an eye on performance through scene profiling. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic sensibility, enjoys communicating with art and development teams, and is curious about automating workflows and resolving technical bottlenecks. We value a strong eye for lighting, composition, and color theory, combined with a meticulous approach to troubleshooting and asset optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • Artistic Eye β€” Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and color theory to support the creative vision
  • Art Pipeline β€” Solid understanding of 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and UV mapping implementation
  • Soft Skills β€” Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Mindset β€” Curiosity about performance, rendering pipelines, and finding ways to optimize art assets

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Unity, C#, or HLSL/GLSL
  • Familiarity with VFX Graph and Shader Graph
  • Exposure to performance profiling, rendering pipelines, and techniques for reducing draw calls
