As a Junior Producer UX/UI at Bohemia Interactive, you will assist the teams with administrative tasks, oversee the development process, and prepare planning propositions.

You will oversee the development of UX/UI — from conception to game integration — and organize the creation of UX/UI components for authentic sandbox experiences.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with key stakeholders, feature owners, developers, artists, and QA to understand requirements and integrate designs into the game.
Facilitate communication and information flow within the team.
Lead and support meeting facilitation.
Support and assist Leads in their daily management functions.
Plan work for teams.
Ensure timely delivery of planned tasks, sprints, and milestones at the expected quality.
Track team progress against milestones and adjust plans as necessary to stay on target.
Identify dependencies and facilitate effective teamwork between teams.
Contribute to project roadmapping and long‑term planning.
Manage risks.
Participate in daily updates, sprint/milestone retrospectives, and prepare sprint/milestone reports.
Contribute to improving game quality, team productivity, and process efficiency.
Forecast resource needs.
Advocate for the development team.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of UX/UI in game development.
Proactive, independent thinker with a keen ability to see the bigger picture.
Ability to identify and manage risks to project timelines.
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with project management techniques and tools such as Gantt charts, Confluence, and JIRA.

Welcomed Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the game development industry.
Passion for games.
Sense of humor.
Category B driving license.
