We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist with a strategic, proactive, and data-driven approach to SEO and growth marketing. This role will be pivotal in shaping and optimizing our marketing and content strategies, utilizing analytics insights to continuously improve search performance while staying up-to-date on algorithms, competitor strategies, and industry trends. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Growth Marketing Specialist will boost organic growth and brand visibility by spearheading impactful SEO initiatives and targeted campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-impact marketing and SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and increase brand awareness.
Understand key business drivers and utilize data analytics tools to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
Conduct in-depth research, including competitor analysis, keywords, backlink opportunities, and website optimization.
Continuously monitor, communicate, and improve search performance and other key metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention through SEO, on-site optimizations, and testing.
Provide data-driven feedback to refine content and distribution strategies in collaboration with content, social, and community teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate growth and SEO initiatives across various parts of the business.
Contribute to overall marketing strategy, including the development and execution of brand-defining marketing campaigns
Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years experience in Growth Marketing or SEO roles, preferably in server hosting, video games, or similar industries and markets.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization techniques.
Proficiency in content strategy development and execution to enhance search performance, user engagement, and brand awareness.
Experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to monitor SEO performance and derive actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align growth and marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Up-to-date on industry trends, algorithms, and current SEO strategies.

Preferred:

Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
Experience with the video game industry and community.
Experience working with Figma.
