Responsibilities

Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

In your role as Executive Assistant, you will…

  • Coordinate travel meetings with Studio Head and leadership team

  • Manage travel expense reporting and reconciliation

  • Book meeting rooms and agendas during studio leadership visits

  • Arrange studio leadership and team dinners and social events during office visits

  • Coordinate with local office managers for on-site support and workspace setup

  • Maintain the travel calendar

  • Coordinate industry trade show and press trips

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

  • You have 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives

  • You possess expert knowledge of international travel logistics and business protocols

  • You can build strong vendor relationships with travel agencies and hospitality providers

  • You have experience coordinating across multiple time zones and locations

  • You demonstrate a proven ability to handle confidential information

  • You have exceptional attention to detail in travel planning and expense management

Salary Range

Executive Assistant - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 - $130,000 per year.

ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
