Days Gone developer Bend Studios' next project will be a "AAA live-service" title
Bend Studios, the PlayStation-owned studio known for PS4 exclusive Days Gone, has revealed some information about its next project in a recent job posting.

As spotted by Game Rant, a new job listing on the company's careers site for a "Lead Project Manager" states that the studio is looking for a candidate with "hands-on game development experience in leadership roles shipping AAA live-service games."
The job description also states that the ideal candidate will have "a deep understanding of game development cycles, processes, and latest trends with an emphasis on live operations," as well as experience "redefining studios from traditional 'boxed product' focussed game development into live service development studios in a key leadership role."
In 2022, Sony confirmed that Bend was working on a new IP that would build on the gameplay systems found in Days Gone. Since then, not much has been revealed, and it is unclear whether the new role is related to the project.
