Associate Director of Player Engagement
Overview
ZeniMax Online Studios is seeking an Associate Director of Player Engagement for The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This role will work closely with the Project Director of Product Management. The overall responsibility of this position is to support and manage player engagement in ESO.
Responsibilities
Providing strategic and tactical initiatives to support ESO retention and overall player engagement
Work with the Product Management team to ensure that upcoming initiatives are supported with creative assets
Determine best practices and ROI on all creative assets and programs, with a focus on cost efficiency/maximizing use of assets, and oversee the team that creates/outsources these assets
Being the primary liaison with the Product Marketing group, providing guidance and communication support for that team's interaction with the ESO dev team
Managing the Community Management Team to ensure that overall player engagement goals are met
Qualifications
8+ years of related experience in professional game development
3+ years of management experience
Ability to deftly collaborate with peers of various disciplines to build alignment and propagate across entire team
Excellent communication and personal skills
Salary Range
Associate Director of Player Engagement - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $120,000 - $245,000 per year.
ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidateโs primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
