Yodo1 is a global games company on a mission. Today, our Managed Ad Services (MAS) platform is helping nearly one thousand developers around the world improve their mobile game monetization. In 2021, we expand to ten thousand.

We have one goal: helping game developers make the most money they can from in-game ads.

To achieve it, we need an SDK Product Manager to build the 2021 roadmap for our game monetization SDK that will ensure the best user experience and results for ten thousand customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow by:

  • Testing your skills by building and delivering a globally accessible SDK;
  • Maintaining an SDK product that serves thousands of game developers;
  • Working in a fully remote, fully global team.

What does success look like?

At Yodo1, our first question is always WDSLL: What Does Success Look Like? For this role, success is measured:

  1. Integration time: game developers can integrate our SDK in less than 60 minutes;
  2. Adoption and retention rate: over 80 percent

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the MAS SDK and other relevant developer tools, such as the Unity plugin, developer documentation, and other related projects;
  • Owning the existing product roadmap for MAS SDK, understanding the current team and product situation, and modifying the roadmap to reflect reality;
  • Identify and continuously update all MAS product stakeholders on product KPIs, Roadmap updates, and blockers the team is facing;
  • Identifying and working with our Customer Success and Developer Support teams to prioritize product requests and maximize product KPIs;
  • Analyzing SDK/API consumption data and getting feedback from developers and end-users to identify necessary improvements and fixes and to see how well the API integrations are generally working;
  • Understanding and incorporating high-level business objectives, balancing wants from internal stakeholders and product development against customer requests;
  • Collaborating with the technical team to deliver a stable SDK, handling API feature approbation and deprecation;
  • Helping our Developer Support team analyze and handle developer issues, prioritizing, and enabling the team to deliver on product fixes.

Must-have skills:

  1. Technical Mobile Game Background (Game or native App development), familiar with Game/App/SDK development lifecycle, SDK/API versioning concept or knowledge
  2. Team Management Experience
  3. Industry insights, game industry experience or Ad monetization experience
  4. Strong Communication: You’ll be working with colleagues and clients in multiple countries and must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively
