FlyQuest strives for competitive excellence, but stands out from other esports organizations by defining organizational success as more than just wins and losses. FlyQuest strives to showcase greatness within the game and through its “Go Green” Initiatives, which tie competitive success to environmental impact – this includes supporting organizations committed to planting trees, coral reef conservation, bee conservation, and solar energy awareness.

FlyQuest is seeking an experienced and talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing our CS2 social media account and creating engaging content tailored to the Counter-Strike audience.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, GIFs, and captions, tailored to the CS2 platform and target audience.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the FlyQuest CS2 Twitter account, including posting updates, news, match results, and community engagement.

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with fans, followers, and the gaming community through timely responses, comments, and direct messages, fostering positive relationships and generating excitement around FlyQuest CS2 team.

  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and other initiatives to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the esports industry, Counterstrike scene, to identify opportunities for relevant and timely content creation.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with FlyQuest CS2's brand guidelines, tone, and voice, maintaining a cohesive and professional image across all platforms.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within FlyQuest CS2 to gather information, updates, and assets necessary for social media content creation and community engagement.
