Join Wushu as a Junior Programmer, where you’ll be an integrated member of an experienced cross-discipline team working collaboratively on cutting edge AAA projects. You’ll have plenty of senior talent to learn from and your own mentor to help you along the way. You’ll be helping implement code to create innovating and engaging games.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanics Programming - Write code for the game mechanics and systems that make the game fun and engaging.

• AI Programming - Program the game's AI systems to ensure enemies, allies, and other characters behave realistically.

• User Interface Programming - Write code for the game's user interface and menus.

• Graphics – Develop and maintain graphical and engine features in collaboration with other team members.

• Testing - Test and refine the game to ensure it is bug-free and meets the desired player experience.

• Collaboration - Work closely with the design and art teams to ensure all elements of the game work seamlessly together.

• Learning - Stay up to date with the latest industry techniques and tools, and continuously develop your skills.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, C# or Python.

• Experience using game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

• A passion for video games and a desire to create innovative and engaging experiences.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
