We are hiring a Game Growth Specialist to help our premium customers optimize their monetization and user growth strategies.

What We Expect
Collaborate with our premium customers to develop, execute, and continuously refine their optimal monetization strategy, focusing on both in-app ads and in-app purchases.
Guide customers in implementing the best practices for user acquisition, user retention, and user engagement.
Utilize the game scoring system to provide customers with actionable insights and address any queries they may have about the insights provided.
Monitor and analyze key metrics related to customer game performance, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable growth strategies.
Collaborate with our internal Product and Engineering teams to understand and disseminate the latest features of our ad mediation solution, and provide feedback to continually improve the game scoring system.
Develop case studies based on successful customer strategies to share with our broader customer base and for marketing purposes.
Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure they are achieving their goals and maximizing their return on investment.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the mobile gaming and ad tech industry, and provide insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
You must have:
At least 2 years of experience in a growth-focused role within the mobile gaming industry.
Strong understanding of mobile game monetization strategies, including in-app ads and in-app purchases.
Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting game performance metrics.
Experience in customer-facing roles, with a track record of helping customers achieve their goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new opportunities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Scalable thinking: Yodo1 is growing fast; those who can think big advance quickly.
You might have:
Prior experience working with ad mediation solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Knowledge of the latest trends in the ad tech industry.
Multilingual capabilities, to better serve our diverse customer base.
