ABOUT THE JOB

I am looking for a creative and talented individual experienced in managing creative strategy for my channel, Wudo. You will work with me to seek out new and unique video ideas to create on my channel!

My ideal candidate for this position must have a strong work ethic, assisting me in producing content daily while meeting strict deadlines. Effective communication skills are also essential! Most importantly, you need to be passionate, motivated, and dedicate to creating the best Minecraft videos for our audience on YouTube!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

To apply for this position, I expect that you have experience in the following:

• Brainstorm, strategize, and adapt unique video ideas/concepts according to past and current trends

• Assist in brainstorming and revising thumbnail concepts for my videos

• Provide valuable feedback and advice to help team members in reaching the overall/end goal for each video project

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Full and in-depth understanding of Vanilla and Modded Minecraft

• Experience and full understanding in working with Minecraft content creation

• Experience in Minecraft content ideation based on Minecraft trends and other topics popular amongst younger audiences

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a “can-do” attitude

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with our team

• A personal desire for ongoing learning, continuous improvement, and development
