Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Mid Weight Account Manager with a focus on mobile gaming. As the dedicated account lead, you will be responsible for client communication, satisfaction, and account growth. Working closely with project management, strategy, and creative teams, you will ensure that the client's needs are represented, opportunities are seized, and work is consistently delivered on time, on brief, on brand, and within budget. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days work from home and 2 days in office (located in High Holborn).

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated account lead and primary point of contact for key clients, owning client communication, satisfaction, and growth.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and promoting long-term client retention.

  • Attend client stand-up, account reconciliation, internal account meetings, and work check-ins.

  • Collaborate with clients to generate new ideas and develop their digital communications.

  • Collaborate closely with the project management, strategy, and creative teams to ensure the client is represented, opportunities are acted upon, and work is consistently delivered on time, on brief, on brand, and on budget.

  • Collaborate with the project manager to produce detailed Statements of Work (SoW) for projects.

  • Assist in producing account planning documentation and work towards the account goals with support from the Account Director.

  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, execution, and performance analysis. Brief writing skills, an added bonus.

  • Analyze campaign data, metrics, and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement with the support of your strategy team members in the Strategy Department and the support of your Account Director.

  • Deliver confident and articulate client presentations, effectively communicating campaign strategies and results with support from the Account Director

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Escalate potential high-risk or damaging situations to the AD.

  • Act as the point of contact for all new briefs and the early stages of projects, as agreed with the AD.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years proven creative agency experience, working with big brands and managing multiple clients or key stakeholders.

  • Experience with gaming clients and/or a passion for games, particularly mobile games.

  • A passion for client satisfaction, building relationships that will weather any storms, and making decisions that are client-first.

  • Highly proactive with the ability to own and manage client accounts, ensuring client expectations are met and effectively communicated with the wider team.

  • Open to leading proposals and presentations articulately, showcasing strong brand knowledge and amiability.

  • An awareness for financials, including presenting project scopes and budgets to clients in a positive manner.

  • Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and understanding their impact on project success.

  • Confidence in overcoming unforeseen challenges based on experience, knowledge, and client relationships. Or awareness of when to escalate to the Account Director

  • Meticulous communication skills, adept at fostering collaboration among internal teams and keeping clients well-informed.

  • Exposure to and understanding of the account management and full creative agency process

  • Familiarity with project management processes and their fundamental principles.
