ABOUT THE POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an L&D Executive to support the execution and coordination of Learning & Development initiatives.
This role will focus on training program execution, internal learning activities, soft-skills workshops for students, and day-to-day training operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working with different stakeholders, and has a good understanding of the game development industry.
Learning & Development Program Support
Support the planning and execution of internal training and development programs, including hard-skills/ soft-skills training, and other learning initiatives.
Coordinate with internal trainers, subject matter experts, managers, and external training providers to ensure programs are delivered smoothly.
Support the preparation of training schedules, invitations, communication, materials, and other program logistics.
Assist in developing and updating training materials and learning content based on business and employee development needs.
Coordinate post-training activities, collect participant feedback, and support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, learning data, and related reports.
Training Operations
Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, rooms, equipment, materials, participant communication, and vendor coordination.
Track training participation, feedback, and completion status.
Prepare regular training reports and provide basic insights on program participation and effectiveness.
Support the management of the training calendar, learning database, and related documentation.
Deliver soft-skills workshops for university students as a speaker/facilitator, covering topics such as communication, teamwork.
Support other HR and people development initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in L&D, Training, HR, or a related role.
- Good understanding of the game development industry.
- Hands-on experience in organizing and executing training programs or workshops.
- Experience working with students/universities is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and strong ownership
