The opportunity

At Unity, we are continuing to grow our internal world-class game development team. Our mission is to bring incredible games to life for our customers and showcase Unity’s technologies at their best!

This exciting new team comprises designers, artists and engineers who are building full games across a variety of game platforms.

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and become the driving force behind the successful development and release of games being built at Unity. You will be comfortable both driving the vision with the lead designer as well as working across various teams to ensure schedules are in place, and high quality, outstanding games are delivered.

The team will be based around our offices in Stratford-upon-Avon. Whilst we believe it is critical for creative teams to come together periodically, our hybrid working policy will allow you to find the right balance between working from home and the office.

When we’re at the office you’ll find us in a set of converted farm buildings, surrounded by sheep and tractors, where the environment is informal, relaxed, and inclusive.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate the entire game development process, from concept to release, ensuring that critical project dates are met efficiently, and risks are identified, communicated and mitigated.

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to translate ideas into plans and drive continuous alignment.

  • Work with the studio leadership team to manage budgets and make informed decisions on resource allocation and requirements.

  • Playtest and provide constructive feedback to guide the development team in order to enhance gameplay and the player experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of the full game development cycle, from concept through prototyping to final release.

  • 5+ years of production experience, with demonstrable work on at least two published games.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • Experience with JIRA/Agile/Waterfall/SCRUM development patterns.

You might also have

  • Experience of developing in Unity.

  • Shipped games on console or mobile platforms.
