The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting the Workday Performance (Talent) and Benefits modules to join our People Technology team. In this role, you will be a key owner of Workday configuration, optimization, and ongoing support, with a strong focus on enabling scalable, global talent and benefits processes.

You will partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to deliver stable, well-designed solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of functional HR knowledge, technical Workday expertise, and the ability to independently drive solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This is a hybrid position at our Bangalore office, with required working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST (including a one-hour lunch break). Are you available to work during these non-standard shift hours?

What you'll be doing

  • Own configuration and ongoing support of the Workday Performance (Talent) and Benefits modules, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions
  • Lead and support quarterly performance cycles, including goal management, performance reviews, calibration and related business process frameworks
  • Support global benefits administration, including configuration, testing and execution of Open Enrollment and ongoing benefits changes
  • Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, and domain policies across HCM, ensuring appropriate access and controls
  • Lead short- and mid-term projects independently, applying sound judgment and prioritization in partnership with cross-functional teams

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on Workday experience, with deep expertise in Performance (Talent) and Benefits modules (required)
  • Strong configuration experience in Core HCM, including hands-on experience with complex Workday reporting, including advanced custom reports, dashboards and creation of calculated fields; experience with additional modules (Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting or Security) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR and Total Rewards processes, including global considerations
  • Proven experience participating in or supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or module rollouts
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable system solutions

You might also have

  • Workday Pro Certification in Performance, Benefits or Core HCM
  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting Workday integrations related to Benefits or Talent (EIBs, Core Connectors or Studio)
  • Prior involvement in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation or major module rollout
  • Demonstrated ability to partner at a senior stakeholder level across HR, Total Rewards and HR Operations
