The opportunity

The gaming industry has evolved from a box product model to a live service one, and Unity is at the forefront of managing long-term revenues through in-app purchases and mobile advertising.

As a Performance Manager, you will develop product and market expertise to advise clients on the best monetization strategy. You will be responsible for growing revenue and optimizing metrics of the key strategic accounts across three different ad networks: IronSource Ads, Unity Ads, and TapJoy Offerwall Ads. What you'll be doing

  • Analyse, execute, and support key gaming accounts in collaboration with the account management teams

  • Identify growth opportunities, monitor and analyse monetization KPIs for key strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction

  • Set strategy for a book of publishers to maximise revenues for Unity’s clients through leveraging existing & shaping new monetisation products

  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate fixes, improvements, feature developments or adjustments to ensure success of Unity’s clients

  • Understand the product inside out to troubleshoot performance issues and improve the client experience

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, ability to approach problems strategically and execute that strategy cross functionally

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to analyse data to generate insights and translate them into actionable outcomes

  • Experience with revenue operations, data analytics or related experience, preferably in the ad tech space

  • Fluent in English and Russian

You might also have

  • Previous experience in a customer-related role, with a history of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets is a plus

  • Solid understanding of gaming and ad tech industry

  • Experience working with SQL or equivalent tools
