Job Description

In order to improve the player experience, the project is creating a brand new UX Team to contribute to the development of our major AAA titles for PC and the latest consoles. You will work in close collaboration with all of the teams involved : the game's core team, game design, UI, user research, localization and programmers. You will shape the player experience of the game and make sure it is understandable, accessible and engaging

Responsibilities:

• Continuous optimization of the user experience by iterating the designs based on user research and tests
• Creation of wireframes, user flows, process flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Presentation of designs and key milestones deliverable to peers
• Ensuring that signs and feedback clearly communicate the game information based on best practices in accessibility
• Staying up to date on UX design best practices and promote them across the teams. 

Qualifications

• Experience with practical UX design in games or game related projects
• A solid experience with Figma and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A strong understanding of design principles (e.g. info hierarchy, layout, typography, color)
