Job Description
What you will do:
Align people requirements with business needs and development
Support and coach line managers in their implementation of the core people processes
Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance and achieve business results
Manage HR budget
Connect and network with the HR Managers of the other studios as well as with the Expertise Centers (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards) to ensure continuous improvement of our overall HR work and a constant employee experience within Ubisoft Belgrade
Lead and develop local HR team
Qualifications
What you bring:
Proven HR generalist experience of three to five years
Line Management experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of Serbian employment legislation and its application
Proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial
Ability to develop and maintain a network of collaborators
Comfortable working with databases and reporting tools
Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English
