Job Description

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our IT Communication team. Are you excited about building healthy and clear frameworks for a new team? Working in a creative environment and oversee the delivery of digital content, videos, infographics and other exciting events?

  • You will be a pillar of the team, working hand in hand with the Communication Director and Sr. Director to structure all the areas of work.
  • Your goal is to drive efficiency and results, build and improve our processes, help the team meet deadlines and maintain a high level of transparency with stakeholders.
  • We are looking for the person who will get the team and its stakeholders aligned within and outside the team and respects our demanding deadlines.
  • You have experience working in advertising, communication or branding agency, so you are used to fast paced environments, creative tech people, regular client updates and multiple projects going on simultaneously.
  • You like to keep a neat backlog and iterative drive to the definition of done.
  • You also believe in continuous improvement and the importance of documenting.
  • You are a great collaborator because you believe in the power of collective responsibility. Ownership and accountability are second nature to you.

Responsibilities

  • Help the Director structure the Communication team's own meetings' cadence, agenda, minutes, next steps, deadlines, etc.;
  • Follow up on initiatives, epics and tasks. Keep rituals and adjust to new changes. Give updates routinely in a push mechanic to help people see where topics are moving;
  • Manage the team's JIRA, Confluence, Miro Board, MAP, etc.;
  • Maintain a healthy budget, partner with Finance and Communications Director to ensure financial checks and balances are in place;
  • In charge of building our KPI’s, building and updating our reporting tools;
  • In charge of structuring the visibility of IT Communication through routines and rituals with management and stakeholders;
  • Organize meetings, build the meeting minutes, feedback and next steps;
  • Collaborate with IT Communications’ stakeholders: be their main point of contact and relay requests, communicate priorities and give roadmap visibility;
  • Drive high-quality results on concurrent projects through analytical rigor, project management discipline and effective communications;
  • Develop positive relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders to become a trusted advisor to our partners.

  • Capability of planning, tracking, managing and resolving issues/ risks efficiently;

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving experience;
  • Experience analyzing data that drives strategic and operational decisions;
  • A strategic mindset to advise internal and external partners;
  • Fluent in French and English with excellent written and oral communications;
  • Experience working with global and remote teams;
  • Strong interpersonal communication, including presentation, meeting facilitation and team building techniques. Good listening skills.
