With a team focused on the development of Digital Content and Influencers, Clover currently manages the careers of over 40 digital influencers that are entertaining 100,000,000 viewers on a monthly basis. Alongside Clover’s star influencers, our team focused on the development of Professional Esports Athletes works alongside over 30 of the world’s greatest professional talent and champions within multiple titles of the industry!

About The Role

Clover Talent is searching for a Talent Coordinator that will take on a leadership role within our Digital Content and Influencers Team! At Clover, we serve as the focal point to our client’s career wants and needs. Your goal will be to develop an airtight system for your client’s sponsorships, campaigns, and other career inquiries. We aim to develop a proven and consistent analytical increase to our client’s platforms and brand backed by strategy and definite attention. By partnering with some of the greatest talent in the gaming industry, we are able to manifest critical opportunities using their continued success to support the growth and betterment of their lives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience

  • Extensive understanding of YouTube from a business and consumer standpoint

  • Deep comprehension of all social media platforms, with proven ability to target key growth opportunities for clients and partners

  • Highly detailed and developed communication skills, being able to reliably communicate with, relay between, report, present, document, and lead

  • Analytical, investigative, and a solutions-oriented problem solver

  • Superlative and consistent organizational skills. You must have the ability to prioritize your tasks whilst simultaneously overseeing multiple projects

  • Flexibility and adaptability in your schedule. This is NOT a 9-5 job, and frequently requires sudden availability, travel, and shifting schedules.

  • You’re immersed into the gaming world, and it’s all you think about! You frequently watch YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and more, and can thoroughly identify and articulate what makes a creator shine

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the primary point of contact for many of our talent, overseeing all of their Clover Talent needs and responsibilities

  • Develop into a meaningful guide for our clients, both internally and externally, working to support them in their journey through their respective community and the industry as a whole

  • Develop and maintain relationship with partners who are ideal for the growth of our clients

  • Coordinate necessary arrangements and oversee negotiations of client endorsements

  • Magnify the creative capability of our clients, frequently expanding on their ideas and offering career input, succeeding with your deep understanding of their style and approach

  • Ensure Clover Talent is utilizing your clientele to their fullest potential

  • Oversee talent-related sponsorship deliverables, promoting punctual and precise execution from Clover Talent

  • Manage and organize clientele scheduling and events

  • Keep accurate recordings and relevant documentation of partnership campaigns, analytics, and content

  • Identify opportunities that will conclude in the growth, engagement, and happiness of client

  • Scout, identify, and research potential talent for Clover Talent

  • Provide insight, recommendations and advice with management about responsibilities and tasks
