Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is seeking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and follow up on the processes and tasks of various departments on the project and ensure effective flow of communication and reporting at all times.

What you’ll do:

• Ensuring that all processes are followed up in a diligent manner

• Attend scrum meeting of all concerned departments

• Produce reports on project status , risks and next steps for relevant stake holders

• Weekly executive report to producer on the projects progress

• Coordinate with and keep track of all outsourced activities

• Follow up after quality check on assignments received from outsource mediums

• Superior competency using spreadsheet softwares

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a game development studio or some project management experience would be preferred

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in project management
