Job Description

About the role

Procurement Supervisor, reporting to Operation Director and is responsible for the sourcing to pay process of PES category of Ubisoft Chengdu studio and daily team management. Your mission is to manage PES relevant topics in Chengdu and collaborate with your peer in Shanghai; support your direct report in daily operations; be the POC to smooth the cross-team collaboration.

Direct report: one, FPS (Facility & Professional Services) Buyer.

What you will do

  • Be responsible for Source to Pay of PES category

  • Contribute to team OKR planning and realization

  • Understand and strictly follow Ubisoft Procurement Policy, Code of Conduct

  • Coordinate with internal G&A teams to smooth the collaboration and better support the business operation

  • Support direct report in daily operations to deliver procurement services

Qualifications

What you will bring

  • Business Administration or Supply Chain Management degree

  • 5+ years relevant experience in Indirect Purchasing and with experience as people manager

  • A team player

  • Fluent in oral and written English

  • CIPS or CPSM certified is a plus
