Job Description

  • Responsible for planning and designing the difficulty levels of motion-sensing dance games, setting reasonable difficulty distribution goals based on game features and user states, and validating and optimizing them.

  • Collaborate with Programmerl, Level Designer, and Choreography Directors to devise scoring rules, and tailor difficulty levels and production for each track to align with the game's characteristic of being easy to pick up but challenging to master.

  • Establish project scoring design standards, summarize methodologies, drive sustainable output and optimization of scoring design, and continuously refine related tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in level and numerical planning and design.

  • Passion for games, love for sports, experience with music and dance games, or heavy user of related games.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, adept at communication and coordination.
