Job Description

We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our L&D team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Bordeaux or Paris.

Reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager for France & Italy Studios, you will work closely with our Learning Specialists to ensure the smooth delivery of our talent development programmes.

Your Responsibilities

Training Administration

  • Managing the administrative aspects of training sessions (registrations, invitations, attendance sheets, completion certificates, satisfaction surveys, invoice tracking, follow-ups)
  • Updating training dashboards and databases
  • Preparing and managing training funding applications with our OPCO
  • Creating communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, emails, etc.) and documentation (processes, guidelines)
  • Contributing to training projects and cross-functional HR initiatives

Coordination & Logistics

  • Liaising with training providers, trainers, and internal stakeholders
  • Scheduling sessions (room bookings, equipment, video conferencing, access badges, travel arrangements)
  • Managing cancellations, reschedules, and planning adjustments

Qualifications

You have at least one initial experience in Human Resources (internship or apprenticeship counts) and recognise yourself in the following:

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability, responsiveness, and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and team spirit
  • Commitment to confidentiality
