Job Description

Ubisoft's IT department is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the Metal (physical servers) supply chain strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in metal, data center, storage, network, cloud, finance, and purchasing.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, team-oriented, solutions-driven thinker with strong project/product management skills to plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve the Metal department.

You are a leader who can establish a strong vision to align teams and then turn that vision into deliverables that create a great experience for our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the product vision and provide a detailed roadmap to the team, build and implement the Metal supply chain strategy from planning to decommissioning;
  • Manage the financial health of the metal department, capacity planning and growth at new sites globally;
  • Manage a team responsible for asset management;
  • Define, Measure and Improve based on KPI's such as service level objectives to ensure timely and quality delivery;
  • Work with the Metal team on the multi-vendor strategy to ensure high availability and avoid shortages;
  • Influence and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategy towards best practices, be a change agent;
  • Ensure the success of medium to large scale initiatives with project managers by maintaining alignment with objectives;
  • Communicate and promote achievements within the team, to departmental stakeholders and to senior management;
  • Produce, analyze, refine user stories to maintain the product backlog;
  • Implement practices to reduce carbon footprint.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a product and/or service management role for an IT services company and/or group;
  • Influential leadership, fostering a climate based on trust, feedback and learning;
  • Ability to build cross functional partnerships and inspire collaboration;
  • Experience in product and/or project management as well as strong knowledge of agile processes and principles;
  • Good ability to adapt to change and to support and implement change;
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required both orally and in writing.
