Job Description

The position is based in Saint-Mandé, at Ubisoft's international headquarters, in the IT department, and more specifically within the Financial Planning team dedicated to the worldwide IT activities.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for a number of tasks, including the monthly closing:

  • You will coordinate with other departments (accounting, purchasing, studios, head office, etc.) to ensure that closing deadlines are met, and that data is complete and accurate;

  • You will prepare internal and external financial reports;

  • You will work with HQ Finance to prepare and present data reconciliation and analysis for Actuals;

  • You will analyze the results of the centralizing IT entity on a monthly basis.

  • You will propose and implement processes and tool upgrades to improve actuals quality.

You will also be responsible for analyzing the consolidated P&L of the IT Actuals business unit:

  • You will be responsible for data quality;

  • You will be responsible for reconciling our budget planning tool with the Group's Actuals tools;

  • You will present the P&L to the financial planning top management.

In addition, you will participate in the creation and improvement of existing tools and processes in order to increase data reliability.

Qualifications

  • Solid initial experience in a permanent position in financial planning or auditing

  • Very good command of the Office Pack, especially Excel

  • Ability to analyze and summarize

  • Rigor, logic, organizational skills and autonomy

  • Ability to work in a multicultural and innovative environment

  • Open-mindedness and good interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent English
