Job Description
Define the expectations and goals of the social ecosystem, tailored to the characteristics of casual party products, and design and optimize social links and functional support accordingly.
Implement social systems and gameplay within the game, fostering a positive social atmosphere to enhance player engagement and game retention.
Proactively identify and address social pain points within the game through data analysis and user observation, and optimize accordingly.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system designing, with preference given to those with comprehensive experience in social product design and implementation.
Excellent skills in game design analysis and problem-solving.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on delivering the best player experience.
A passionate enthusiast of social interactions in games and a heavy user of mainstream social apps.
