Job Description

About the Role

As a Game Designer, you will focus on developing and optimizing the core systems of party casual mobile games, providing players with a smooth, stable, and immersive gaming experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the overall progress of the project from a systems perspective.

  • System Feature Development and Optimization: Design and implement various system features within the game, such as character attributes, equipment systems, item systems, achievement systems, etc.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with gameplay designers, artists, engineers, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment between system design and the overall goals of the game.

  • System Balancing and Testing: Participate in testing system features, collect feedback, promptly address issues, and optimize system performance.

  • Project Management: Develop and track project timelines, ensuring high-quality delivery of design solutions within budget and timeframe.

  • Market and Player Research: Analyze market trends and player needs, continuously optimize game design to enhance user engagement and retention

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in game core system design, with a preference for casual party game expertise.

  • Professional Skills: Proficient in game design tools and prototyping software, with a wealth of game design and innovation capabilities.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to effectively coordinate collaboration among cross-functional teams.

  • Market Insight: Sharp insight into the gaming market, able to predict and capitalize on player trends and demands.
