Job Description
To accompany our new organization, we’re looking for a Financial Planning Analyst, Engagement Hub (M/W/NB) to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Team. You will lead the FP support for the Engagement Hubs, perform financial planning functions, and monitor the financial performance for the European, APAC and LATAM regions. The position will be located in France or the UK and reports to the Senior Financial Planning Manager.
What you’ll do
Own the overhead planning for the region. Work closely with region leaders and HR team on overhead cost structure, headcount, staffing costs and labor assumptions.
Marketing tool management and user support including tool administration for forecasting functions, oversee and coordinate the CFM process, perform budget consistency checks, support marketing teams in the budget creation process.
Implement processes to enhance marketing investment tracking, visibility, and streamlined reporting.
Perform consolidation of region-wide overhead and marketing expenses for comprehensive spend view for region and executive level review.
Develop analytical tools, automated reporting systems, dashboards, visual storytelling, and models to help track and assess financial performance.
Finance partner to local and regional marketing teams, providing ad-hoc finance business partnership support. Maintain analysis, reports, and facilitate regular meetings with regional leaders. Act as trusted advisor, apply business judgement and financial insights to enable data-driven business decisions.
Business partner to physical sales team: support landing assumptions, monitor region performance vs target, perform profitability analysis, accompany forecasting process.
Work closely with central and regional Finance teams, to harmonize finance/accounting processes and structures across the regions
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
Strong analytical, finance, accounting, and business judgement
Strong foundation in Excel, Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Planning Tools
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus
Excellent business partnering and communication skills working across all levels of the organization
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to learn and quickly respond to changing business environment
Fluency in English is a must have
