About the Role

As an Onboarding Associate, you will manage many of the processes that keep the Partnerships team running. Your work will focus on onboarding new users to the Partner program. You will also oversee some aspects of Partner offboarding, working with the Finance and Legal teams to handle escalations, and working with our engineering team to refine our tools and improve on existing processes. As the ideal candidate, you will guide those improvements while still maintaining our existing queues and keeping projects on track to meet goals/deadlines.

You Will:

  • Manage Partner related internal requests queues
  • Improve manual onboarding workflows
  • Track business trends and communicate them to other teams
  • Work with Finance and Legal to address Partner related issues
  • Maintain data and document repositories to assist Customer Support and Legal teams with Partner tickets

You Have:

  • Managed processes with a high volume of tickets or requests
  • Customer service or other user-facing experience
  • Comfortable with Excel or similar tools (can maintain complex spreadsheets and analyzing data)
  • Experience using data to make decisions and evaluating the impact of those decisions
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, with high-level writing skills to aid in document creation
  • Experience compromising with other teams to ensure differing goals

Bonus Points

  • Customer Service/Legal background
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with the Twitch platform
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
