Job Description: Social Media Manager for Tundra Esports

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Social Media Manager to join Tundra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage with our community, and promote our brand and Dota Team across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitch.

  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

  • Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and live interactions to foster a strong community.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media campaigns with overall organizational goals and initiatives.

  • Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and report on growth and engagement trends.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest esports news and trends to create relevant and timely content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the esports or gaming industry.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

  • Ideally a solid understanding of Dota and the competitive/professional ecosystem
