  • Job Title: Manager, Data & Analytics

  • Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Data & Analytics Manger with a strong background in leading functional area within The Pokémon Compnay International. This position will be primarily supporting and leading high-level analytics initiatives and data solutions in the E-commerce storefront, Licensing and Marketing pillars within the European markets. This position will be able to set vision and roadmaps and develop analytic strategies for each functional area leaders. This position will include leading, designing, supporting and adoption of our internal reporting and analytic infrastructure. They should be comfortable in collaborating, communicating, and influencing across functional teams of varying levels to drive high level initiatives and leading a team to accomplish analytic goals.

What you’ll do

  • Lead functional areas for E-commerce, Licensing and Marketing in our European markets

  • Mentor a team of analysts and engineers in designing and developing data solutions, tools, and dashboards to enable self-service insights for data consumers across the organization

  • Set and drive functional area KPIs for each area to drive towards

  • Identify and driving solutions to close areas of data and reporting improvement

  • Partner with relevant cross-functional teams to identify and drive initiatives as relevant to the functional area of ownership

  • Build the roadmap and vision for the functional area of ownership for E-commerce, Licensing and Marketing

  • Influence leaders across the organization and help drive use of data in decision making process

  • Onboard vendors that will drive value to the business and ensure work is being completed as expected

  • Provide communication to leadership group on project status with completed milestones, dates, and any blockers

  • Build dashboarding solutions that will help drive self-service data retrieval and automation for the functional area of ownership

  • Build executive level dashboarding so executives can get a quick pulse of how this functional area is performing over time

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years previous experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Strong track record of business partnership

  • Advanced reporting and analysis skills and data visualization best practices.

  • Advanced knowledge of BI software, development, and tools

  • Experience in managing direct reports

  • International experience is preferred

  • Experience with SQL and statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS)

  • Experience in driving large data analytic strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Base salary range: £82,000.00 - £122,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. For this role, new hires generally start between £82,000.00 - £96,900.00. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
