Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary: This position will support the TCG Logistics team and will be responsible for sales order entry and shipping document generation. This role supports both internal and external teams with timely and accurate transaction processing, proactive and courteous communication ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers worldwide.

What you’ll do
Assist Logistics team in processing customer sales orders. Includes updating orders in ERP system, coordinating, and communicating with warehouses, TPCi internal teams, customers, carriers and freight forwarders.
Provide shipping instructions and coordinate shipping of exports, including preparing shipping and customs documents as needed.
Handle customer damage/miss-shipment claims and investigate/resolve other sales order issues as necessary.
Support team with conflict resolution, in cooperation with team members in multiple locations, as well as our warehouse and freight forwarding partners worldwide.
Other duties as required.
What you’ll bring
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications especially Outlook and Excel
Experience using ERP systems, MS Dynamics AX or Oracle Cloud preferred
Familiar with the Pokémon brand a plus
Hard working, focused, quick, with great attention to detail; able to complete a high volume of work quickly with a low incidence of errors
Positive attitude; enjoys finding the positive in challenging situations
Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, changing environment
Able to work independently and take direction

Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $73,000.00 - $86,450.00. Full Range: $73,000.00 - $109.000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
