Job Title: Game Product Manager
Job Summary: This role works as a conduit between the game studio and partner teams to develop strategies, concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing game designs that reflect market and business requirements.

What you’ll do
Works closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing plans and community requests into product definitions.
Conducts research and develops a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, and trends in the market.
Creates requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
Develops business plan for products and participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the market.
Support the leadership team in defining and iterating upon the game’s business strategy to build a robust product roadmap for development.
Partner with the analytics team to understand any KPI impacting initiatives.
What you’ll bring
Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Exceptional data analysis skills.
Strong project management and effective communication skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX design and game design, with the ability to define a product’s identity.

Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $125,000.00 - $148,200.00. The full range is $125,000.00 - $187,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
