We are looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst for an upcoming AAA title. As an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst, you will support the studio in testing and assisting with test plan execution at That's No Moon. You will work in a highly collaborative, transparent culture that values innovation, diversity, and work-life balance. You will assist other disciplines in creating test plans for features, tools, and workflows to ensure the development of a high-quality game.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and executing test plans for features and workflows.

  • Regularly communicate with designers, engineers, production, and QA leadership.

  • Create JIRAs to address deficiencies in the quality of the game.

  • Validate issues in Jira from both internal and external sources.

  • Write and maintain relevant documentation.

  • Attend meetings to inform the QA team on specific pillars of the game.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1+ years of relevant Quality Assurance experience or equivalent educational background.

  • Basic understanding of executing test plans.

  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.

  • Ability to work 12pm-8pm PT

  • (Bonus) Unreal Engine experience.

  • (Bonus) Experience working with an outsource team.

  • (Bonus) Testmo or test case repository experience.

Qualities:

  • Ability to quickly learn from documentation and exploratory testing.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills visually, verbally, and in writing.

  • Good conflict resolution abilities across varied disciplines.

  • Passion for video games and understanding of the gaming industry.

(This is a temporary “Project Hire” position. The anticipated duration of this assignment will vary. TNM Project Hire employees will be eligible to participate in a number of TNM benefit plans such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and flexible PTO)

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $48,000 - $66,000
