Responsibility：

Primarily covers data privacy compliance, compliance security requirements landing. Contribute to the implementation of business.
Responsible for leading the team to control the data compliance risk of games and products, can build and continuously improve the data compliance system, through risk assessment to find business data security issues and promote solutions.
Familiar with the trend of the game industry and compliance environment, can continuously provide professional and implementable data security solutions, and guide the business data compliance and security operation
Have a deep understanding of the information security industry and game security needs, with strong sense to support and keep excellent partnership with the game development /publishing team; accurately grasp the business security needs, to achieve business security goals efficiently and in high quality.
Deep understanding of Internet products, also the functions and technical details of each security solution. Proactively promote the implementation of information security solutions.
Cultivate team learning atmosphere and continuously strive to improve the professional ability of team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, with experience in leading a team, with 5 years information security experience.
Familiar with the Internet business processes (development/product/marketing process etc.); information security solutions experience in internet/game industry will be preferred.
Experience in startup data security compliance system from 0 to 1 is preferred.
Familiar with information security standards/laws/regulations, such as ISO27001, CSA STAR, Network Security Law, etc.; comprehensive understanding of global information security standards in various regions
With CISSP, CISA, CISP, CIPT and other certificates are preferred
Strong motivation, open-mindedness, good at learning, strong anti-stress ability
Good communication, project management and ability to solve practical problems, with teamwork spirit
