Liquid Media Provides:

  • Influencer marketing services to companies who need the expertise of someone with their finger on the pulse of gaming and esports; we develop overall campaign strategy, source the perfect creator partners, manage through execution, and provide real-time and post-campaign reporting to optimize results now and in the future.

  • White-label content production: we work closely with endemic and non-endemic brands as well as video game publishers and developers to provide content that resonates with gaming audiences and speaks with a voice they comprehend and react to.

  • Social media strategy, programming, publishing, and production services to brands who want to replicate the engagement and reach of our own channels; again, tapping into that highly engaged gaming audience and community who want to be part of a bigger conversation.

  • Consultancy services across the whole range of marketing services to brands and companies who want to engage with a Gen Z audience.

  • Experiential and tournament event planning and execution, both IRL and virtual.

As part of Team Liquid, the internationally recognized esports organization with huge social reach and marketing power, we have a brand resonance that opens doors within businesses enabling us to offer our range of services direct to client as well as through media agencies.

We can also provide a range of business intelligence evaluation services to our clients, either before, after, or during the contract, and work on long-term retainers as well as campaigns with clients.

Are you a masterful storyteller with a strong agency background and experience in pitching and selling creative sales concepts? If so, you might be the perfect fit for Liquid Media's Business Development Manager role.

As a Business Development Manager at Liquid Media, you'll be at the forefront of our growth and success. You'll leverage your agency experience and sales expertise to pitch and sell innovative ideas, manage deliverables, and oversee sales planning. Your efforts will ensure Liquid Media continues to expand its reach and influence with brands in gaming, entertainment, sports and beyond.

Location: Los Angeles, CA or North America (Remote)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the new business pipeline and driving sales growth.

  • Using your industry knowledge and network to build and sustain relationships with potential clients.

  • Prospecting, creating new opportunities, and re-engaging previous contacts.

  • Developing and presenting compelling sales pitches and ideas to potential clients.

  • Collaborating with the agency executive team to devise effective client acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Managing deliverables and sales planning to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using ClickUp CRM.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a business developer in the advertising and marketing industries.

  • Strong agency background with experience in pitching and selling sales ideas.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline planning software.

  • A dynamic, proactive sales approach with a track record of exceptional results.

  • Genuine interest in gaining deeper insights into the gaming and esports space

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in the gaming, entertainment, and/or sports categories within the advertising and marketing industry.

  • Advanced storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives for clients.


The salary range for CA/CO/CT/NY/WA is: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 + bonus opportunities
