Responsibilities

Oversee the creation of high-quality environment art, ensuring consistency with the game’s artistic vision and technical requirements

Manage and mentor a team of level/environment artists, providing clear direction and constructive feedback 
Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Tech Artists to balance visual quality with gameplay and performance needs 
Establish and maintain pipelines for efficient environment asset production and integration 
Solve complex artistic and technical challenges related to world-building, lighting, and composition
  Contribute hands-on to level art production when needed (blockouts, key assets, lighting passes) 
Document and share best practices for environment creation across the team

Requirements

5+ of working experience on console titles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
Proficient with different pipelines for level production
Deep understanding of shaders, lighting and fx
Fluent written and spoken business English
