Responsibilities

  • Processing complicated requests, network, hardware and specific software troubleshooting 

  • Computer ordering, construction, staging, OS and software installation 

  • Networking cabling, bundling and troubleshooting 

  • Server oversight and maintenance (without direct administering) 

  • Software, electrical and cooling maintenance 

Requirements

  • Knowledge in hardware/network/software troubleshooting 

  • Knowledge in Windows 7/8/8.1/10, troubleshooting 

  • Hands on experience with Active Directory (user accounts management) 

  • Ability to write technical documentation in a precise manner 

  • Ability to provide end user face-to-face and remote support; strong customer service attitude and approach 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the PC, network, and other technology procurement processes; ability to order parts quickly and inexpensively 

  • Professional experience in IT support of at least 1.5+ years 

  • English language skills required; Polish, Russian speaking and writing preferred 

Would be an advantage

  • Support experience in game industry - troubleshooting of art software (autodesk, allegorithmic, adobe, etc)

  • Basic knowledge of version control systems (git, svn, perforce)

  • Experience in MS o365 cloud platform

  • Experience in remote user support and ability to explain difficult tech stuff in a user-friendly way

  • Experience with patch panel commutation and LAN cabling

  • Knowledge of Atlassian products (jira, confluence) or any other bug-tracking system
