Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Lead Level Artist. The Lead Level Artist will also lead a team of artists, provide feedback, and ensure the artistic vision is maintained throughout the production process. They will also be responsible for designing and creating detailed and immersive levels for our game projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with game designers to develop level concepts, creating high-quality 3D environments, placing objects and assets, optimizing level performance, and refining visual aesthetics.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team collaboration skills

  • Strong Experience with Unreal Engine

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and level design

  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory

  • Attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback

  • Passion for video games and understanding of game design principles

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Art, or related field, or equivalent experience
