We are looking for a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team in Cologne. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to foster relationships and drive initiatives that align with our business goals. Main responsibilities

Working at SK Gaming

Marketing of SK Gaming & talents through strategic approaches and creative pitches
Building and maintaining B2B contacts as well as organizing networking events and partner acquisition
Management and further development of existing sponsor relationships (Account Management)
Conceptualization and implementation of social media, VOD, and streaming campaigns in close collaboration with sponsors
Conceptualization and execution of gaming events and partner workshops, including the management across all stakeholders

About you

What we are looking for

Enthusiasm for the esports and gaming industry as well as solid industry knowledge
Experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the B2B sector
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in pitches and negotiations
Creative thinking and a sense for innovative approaches
Strong organizational and project-related skills
Resilience and flexibility during intense project phases
Team spirit, a high degree of initiative, and a structured working style
Available to work in Cologne or willing to relocate

Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Driver’s license Class B
