We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Day-to-Day Music Manager to support an artist with a global fanbase. This is not your typical management role — we’re seeking someone who is deeply fluent in digital culture, AI tools, and social media strategy, and excited to integrate tech-forward thinking into the artist’s brand.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the artist’s right hand — keeping everything on track across music, touring, press, creative, and partnerships.

• Manage calendars, deadlines, and communications between the artist and teams (label, PR, agents, attorneys, creative collaborators, etc.).

• Oversee rollouts and creative projects — from music videos to merch drops — with precision and taste.

• Coordinate travel, rehearsals, shoots, studio time, and appearances.

• Ensure the artist is prepped, informed, and protected at all times.

AI + Social Media Focus

• Drive the artist’s social media strategy across platforms — from content calendars and brand tone to growth and performance insights.

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Suno, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs) to support storytelling, creative development, audience engagement, and workflow efficiencies.

• Identify and execute on new opportunities across emerging platforms, fandom culture, and tech integrations.

• Collaborate on campaigns that blur the line between music, technology, and narrative.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Has experience managing or working closely with a musician, creator, or creative brand.

• Lives and breathes internet culture and understands how to build and scale a digital presence.

• Is highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented — but also brings creative instincts and a strong point of view.

• Has emotional intelligence, discretion, and great communication skills.

• Can manage multiple priorities and fast-moving parts while staying calm, kind, and collaborative.

Bonus Points

• Background in artist management, music marketing, digital strategy, or creative producing.

• Experience building social-first campaigns or digital fandoms.

• Familiarity with both independent artist operations and label/major systems.

• Passionate about the intersection of tech and art — and already playing with AI tools in creative ways.
