Contract Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter in Brazil with a strong background in technology and/or the gaming industry to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, creative, and specialized roles, ensuring a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Tech Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition professional.
• Proven experience recruiting for technology and/or gaming industry roles.
• Strong understanding of technical profiles, tech stacks, and/or game development workflows.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing tools).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Advanced or higher english level of communication
