You'll collaborate closely with the Production team, facilitating meetings, tracking development schedules, and providing interdepartmental updates. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, capacity, and project goals, while also assisting in risk analysis and mitigation. With your proactive approach, you'll help drive and enhance our organisation's processes, making a tangible impact on our project outcomes.
Please note, this is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our studio in Leamington 2 days a week. You will need to be UK based to be considered for this role.
What you need to do this job:
Experience or demonstrable understanding of game development and production practices.
An understanding of project management fundamentals.
Great communication skills, using a diplomatic and understanding approach to support your colleagues and partners.
An open, positive and collaborative attitude.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
An eagerness to learn new skills on your own initiative.
Very well organised, with a proactive approach to collating and spreading information.
The Interview Process:
At Secret Mode, we take a holistic and engaging interview process that allows us to get to know you, your skills and your potential. For this role, we have a 2 stage interview process:
1st Stage: One hour with our Development Manager. Here we will talk with you about your experience, our expectations in the role and ask some competency based questions. There will, of course, be opportunities for you to ask questions!
2nd Stage: One hour with our Senior Producer and Producer. This is a chance for us to discuss further aspects of the role and for you to meet some more of the team here at Secret Mode!
