Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Roadmap to join our WWE game team in our Culver City studio hub, or remotely within the US!

What You Will Do
Define and execute a product feature roadmap for transformative product and player experience improvements
Lead and mentor a team of product managers to execute on overarching product strategy
Make the best product and design decisions through data, user behavior, academic research and industry best practices
Own major feature release from conceptualization to feature launch and long term feature maintenance, collaborating with all related subject matter experts
Create compelling pitches for new feature in game to address identified problem
Craft user-centric PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and collaborate with designers for spec creation
Partner with the Analytics and Live Ops, and Marketing teams to maximize feature impact
Address risks and leverage opportunities in newly release features and existing features
What We’re Looking For
A track record of elevating product KPIs effectively, especially in F2P games at scale
Proficient in problem identification and root cause analysis
Default to challenge the status quo and push the boundary of best-known methods
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful
Effective collaborators & multiplier to leverage and engage the team to bring the best work and product outcomes
8+ years of product/design leadership with a focus on transformative experiences
3+ years of experience leading teams and making data-informed decisions
Profound knowledge of behavioral economics and product/player lifecycles management
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts
Bonus Points
A passion for the WWE universe and enhancing user experience
Experience with multiplatform games
Familiarity with WWE Champions gameplay
A history of working on F2P games tied to live events
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $153,000 - $250,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
