As our Employer Branding & Marketing Manager in Tel Aviv, you’ll be the champion of our talent story in the buzzing local tech scene. You'll be a strategic storyteller, a content creator, and data-savvy marketer who will craft, execute and measure effectiveness of employer branding initiatives that attract the best and brightest. Reporting to the Director of Global Communications, you'll play a key role in shaping how top talent perceives us, both locally and as part of our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead & Lead: The development and implementation of our employer branding strategies specifically for Tel Aviv, while syncing with our global team.

  • Manage Our Brand: Manage our employer brand presence across multiple platforms including our website, recruitment platforms, industry awards program, and more, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience.

  • Inform Internally: Source, develop and produce internal podcasts to foster internal communication and engagement.

  • Amplify Our People: Curate content and empower our employee advocates to share their SciPlay experiences by providing them with content, guidelines and tools.

  • Unleash Your Creativity: Drive content marketing, manage local PR agency, and conceptualize and produce creative content across multiple platforms in various formats (videos, blogs, podcasts, social media).

  • Be Our Story Hunter: Discover and amplify the unique and exciting stories happening within SciPlay, both internally and externally.

  • Connect & Partner: Identify, manage, and optimize strategic sponsorships, meet ups and events to boost our brand visibility. Identify SMEs for conferences/summits and assist with drafting and submitting proposals.

  • Build Bridges: Cultivate strong relationships with creative pros and content creators in the Tel Aviv market to ensure high-quality and locally relevant content.

  • Collaborate Locally & Globally: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, culture and the game teams to support employer branding efforts and ensuring brand consistency locally and in our India, Ukraine, and Turkey studios.

  • Track, Measure & Optimize: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across all relevant channels, providing regular reporting on KPIs and optimizing strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in branding and marketing, with a strong focus on employer branding, HR, recruitment marketing, brand strategy, market research, content marketing, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. · Proven track record of developing, executing, tracking and measuring impactful marketing campaigns and partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of the Tel Aviv tech market and talent landscape.

  • Knowledge of HR and Recruitment Processes: Understanding the talent lifecycle and how employer branding impacts it.

  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English, with exceptional communication and writing skills.

  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in social media and content creation tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, CapCut and other video & audio editing software).

  • Familiarity with AI tools.

  • A solid network of creative contractors and content professionals in Tel Aviv.

  • Strong storytelling skills to craft narratives that resonate with potential candidates and current employees, showcasing company culture and values.

  • A natural ability to find and tell captivating stories.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology or mobile gaming industry.

  • Solid SEO knowledge.

  • Portfolio showcasing content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tool experience.
