Rooster Teeth is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented social media publishing coordinator to own the creation and upkeep of editorial calendars and deliverables for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and new emerging platforms, like Tik Tok. Your main responsibilities will revolve around planning and scheduling, with opportunities to brainstorm creative content ideas and help shape the social media strategy for Rooster Teeth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the social media editorial calendar and support the social media department in their goals to execute creative, informative campaigns day-to-day
  • Create and schedule posts on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Coordinate content deliverables inter and intra-departmentally for social media campaigns. Helping to source show assets including screenshots, gifs, and clips.
  • Create and maintain an evergreen social media publishing calendar for Rooster Teeth’s library of content
  • Pitch and develop captivating, fun, and inventive content for social.
  • Create social media content at live events and productions such as RTX or Extra Life.
  • Research new trends in social media and propose innovative campaigns for Rooster Teeth social.
  • Monitor sentiment within the Rooster Teeth community related to our social media campaigns and posts, as well as identify posts to share and engage with
  • Assist in measuring metrics for social success such as engagements and video views, or other business-related KPIs.
  • Be an advocate and evangelist for social media at Rooster Teeth, both in the community and internally at work.
