Job Description

  • Create, execute high quality contents on social media

  • Responsible for daily social media operations, including managing content, posting calendars and replying comments across all channels

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote official content, facilitate creative development and provide content support and analytics to designers, and adapt content to local communities in SMP regions

  • Communicate on behalf of the brand across multiple channels

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess KPIs, optimizing strategies with social media monitoring based on data insights

  • Support game operation projects such as payment tests in Malaysia, Game Localization, and other ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media operations (especially for TikTok and Facebook channels) and performance marketing

  • Native Malaysian speaker with proficient English reading, writing, and communication skills (critical requirement of the role)

  • Skilled in data analysis to measure social media engagement and metrics. Having a keen interest in tracking current trends across social media and digital marketing through monitoring community discussion and interacting with the community

  • Passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in SMP region, notably in Malaysia and the Philippines

  • Ability to independently execute projects with clear briefs and timelines

  • Daily user of TikTok with a good understanding of user behavior on this platform

  • Legally authorized to work in Malaysia and willing to work fulltime in office
